These Terms of Service govern your use of the WebAnchor Studio website (webanchorstudio.com) and any services provided by WebAnchor Studio (ABN 46 293 817 564). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
WebAnchor Studio provides web design, web development, branding, UI/UX design, e-commerce development, CMS implementation, and ongoing website support services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.
All project work is governed by a written proposal or agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the initial deposit. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Standard payment structure is 40% at project commencement, 30% at design approval, and 30% at project completion. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom design files, code, and content created specifically for their project. WebAnchor Studio retains the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (such as stock images, plugins, or fonts) remain subject to their respective licences.
Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner as outlined in the project timeline. Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they provide for use on their website.
Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate. A revision round encompasses consolidated feedback on a complete design or development presentation.
WebAnchor Studio warrants that our work will be performed with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that our websites will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
