Every project includes a post-launch support period (30 to 90 days depending on your package) during which we fix any issues and make minor adjustments at no extra cost. After that, you can continue with one of our monthly maintenance plans or manage the site independently. We are always available for additional work on an hourly or project basis.
We can recommend hosting providers and assist with setup, but we generally advise clients to hold their own hosting and domain accounts so you maintain full ownership and control. We will guide you through the process and handle the technical configuration on your behalf.
